It's nice to use. Especially the auto function is good, so I recommend choosing the option that includes that feature. I'm not very heavy, so I can use it on my waist without any problem. I think using it on the waist is even better. However, I'm a bit worried that it might break if used incorrectly. The manual is not very detailed, and you have to press the button for a while. This is a soft pillow with a smooth and nice fabric. The vibrations are a bit loud, so i'm not sure how people wrote they fall asleep with it. The massage is nice, especially the end where the pillow gets warm and filled with air to push the back of the neck.
